- Prep Titans is free, supported by voluntary donations. We don't guarantee MDCAT scores — but we'll give you the best prep tools we can.
- Don't scrape, resell, or rebrand our content. Personal study use is unlimited.
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable (it's a gift, not a purchase).
- We can suspend abusive accounts — spam, harassment, automated scraping.
- Pakistani law governs these terms; Islamabad courts have jurisdiction.

About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Prep Titans, operated by Dr. Muhammad Tayyab Ali in Islamabad, Pakistan. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the platform at preptitanslms.com, you agree to be bound by them.
Section 2
About the service
Prep Titans is a free online platform offering MDCAT preparation resources to Pakistani students. The current scope includes:
- Multiple-choice question bank organised by PMDC 2025 syllabus
- Practice quizzes, mock tests, and past-paper modes
- Performance analytics
- Bookmarks and question reports
- (Planned) chapter notes, video lectures, flashcards
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time — we try to announce big changes in advance.
Section 3
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Section 4
Free for everyone
Prep Titans is free. We do not charge for accounts, content, quizzes, mock tests, or any other feature shown on the platform.
Our commitment: if we ever change this and add paid features, the current free tier stays intact for existing students. That's a promise, not a marketing line.
Section 5
Donations
- All donations are entirely voluntary.
- Donations are gifts to support operations, not refundable purchases.
- We do not provide tax-deductible receipts unless Prep Titans is registered as a non-profit (planned).
- We reserve the right to refuse donations from sources that appear illegitimate.
- Public listing on the supporters wall is opt-in and can be revoked any time.
Section 6
Your account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate sign-up information and keep it current
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access (WhatsApp is fastest)
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Use the platform only for personal MDCAT preparation
Section 7
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Scrape, crawl, mass-download, or otherwise extract content using automated tools
- Resell, redistribute, or rebrand our questions, explanations, or any other content
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users
- Attempt to bypass security (database protections, authentication, rate limits)
- Submit knowingly false reports just to disrupt admin workflow
- Upload malicious content or attempt to inject code
⚠ Violation may result in immediate account suspension or deletion, at our discretion.

Content & intellectual property
Original content on Prep Titans — explanations, curation, UI design, code — is owned by Prep Titans. Multiple-choice questions are sourced from publicly available MDCAT past papers (PMC, Punjab MDCAT, Federal MDCAT, etc.) and standard medical-education references; we add our own explanations and corrections.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own MDCAT preparation. This licence does not include commercial reuse, content republishing, or content extraction beyond personal study.
Section 9
User submissions
When you submit a question report, feedback, or feature suggestion, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, edit, and act on that submission — including for content corrections that benefit the wider student community. We will not publicly attribute your submission without consent.
Section 10
No guarantee of outcomes
Prep Titans is a study aid, not an exam coaching service. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in any particular MDCAT score or medical-college admission. Final performance depends on many factors beyond our control — your own effort, the specific exam paper, and the admissions criteria of individual institutions.
Section 11
Content accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and explanations accurate — using AI verification, cross-checking multiple sources, and acting on student-submitted reports. However, no resource is error-free. Where you spot a mistake, please report it via the 🚩 button on the quiz screen or contact us directly. We do not accept liability for incorrect content that may exist at any given moment.
Section 12
Third-party services
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database, and AI services (listed in detail in our Privacy Policy). Outages or issues at these providers may affect platform availability. We do not control these services and are not liable for damages caused by their failure.
Section 13
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Prep Titans and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of (or inability to use) the platform
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Loss of progress data due to a technical fault
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Decisions you make based on platform content
Where liability cannot be excluded under law, it is limited to the total amount you have donated to Prep Titans in the preceding 12 months — which is zero unless you've donated.
Section 14
Termination
You may close your account at any time by WhatsApping us:
- We delete your data within 72 hours per the Privacy Policy
- Bookmarks, quiz history, and reports are removed
- Donation records are retained for accounting (anonymisable on request)
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
Section 15
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad. We commit to attempting good-faith resolution via direct communication before any legal action.
Section 16
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally — typically when we add new features, change pricing models (currently “always free”), or clarify ambiguities. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
