I remember the exact moment I decided to build this.

It was the night before prelims. My classmate walked in with a thick folder, color-coded, professionally printed. Kips notes. Star Academy past paper solutions. Resources I had never had access to, because they came from an academy, and I wasn't enrolled.

I had a phone.

My father was a government teacher. Not a poor man. A respectable person who gave everything to his work and his family. We could have managed academy fees, probably. But when you sit down and calculate it honestly, academy fees plus monthly hostel plus transport plus living expenses away from home, it stops being about one bill. It becomes a weight the whole family carries quietly, month after month, without saying much about it.

I passed MDCAT. But passing wasn't enough. My score didn't clear the merit cutoff for a government medical college seat. I studied again the next year, harder this time. But without the right question bank, without structured past papers, without proper explanations, the gap was still there. I didn't make merit again.

It wasn't only about money. It was about access. The right preparation tools simply weren't equally available. And that second failure taught me exactly why.

My father didn't give up on me. He found another way and got me into a medical university in China for my MBBS. It wasn't the path I had imagined. But it changed how I saw everything.

In China, I watched the same story repeat around me. Pakistani students arriving with hope and confusion — about which university to choose, what rankings actually meant, how admissions worked, how to get a visa without getting it wrong. Because I had been through it, I started helping them. That help turned into something real. Two problems. The same belief: no student should be stuck because they couldn't find the right information or couldn't afford the right help.

Three years ago, I started building Prep Titans at 2am, after everyone else had gone to sleep. No team, no investors, no salary. Just chai and the belief that a student with a smartphone and enough willpower deserved the same fighting chance as one whose parents could pay for everything.

Today, thousands of students practice here every day. Some of them message me when their results come out. “Bhai main ne kar liya.” Those two words carry the weight of a family's prayers answered. They are the only reason I still do this.

This platform costs real money to stay alive. Servers, databases, content. I pay those bills honestly, and I am asking for help just as honestly. Not because I have to. Because if we can keep this free for even one more student who needs it, that is worth asking for.
